What Makes Happier At Home The Best In-Home Care Solution for Your Family?

  • Caregiver Continuity – We prioritize keeping the same caregiver for each visit. Our patients benefit from consistent caregivers, allowing for the development of trusting and meaningful relationships. This continuity enables superior oversight of our clients’ well-being over time, as caregivers can closely observe behaviors and recognize any changes. This philosophy promotes better medical adherence and timely identification of condition changes.
  • Community Connection – As a locally-owned service run by health professionals, our family-operated team is deeply invested in the overall health of the Fremont community. Our advocacy and awareness of health and medication issues set us apart in home-based care. When collaborating with healthcare professionals in hospitals, senior living facilities, or outpatient clinics, our expert care advocacy enhances the support we provide to every client.
  • Flexible Care Hours – Whether you need around-the-clock continuous care or brief one-hour sessions, we customize our schedules to fit the specific needs of our clients and their families. Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Happier at Home extends its services beyond elder care; we cater to everyone. Our specialized care is available for a diverse range of clients, including those with disabilities, seniors, and individuals facing Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
