Owner

My name is Poumil Patel. I am a pharmacist with over 13 years of experience. Throughout my career, I have worked at many settings including long term care pharmacies and retail pharmacies. After working as an employee for fortune 500 companies, I decided that I was better able to serve the community as business owner which led me to becoming a pharmacy owner in 2017. Few years later, I gained experiences in the home healthcare sector, which I compared to my experience in the long term facility. This experience brought me to the realization that my patients were not receiving the holistic care that they deserve. As a result, I decided to open up the home healthcare program to ensure that I can aid every patient in need.

Hardik Shah

Owner

Hardik Shah, a dynamic pharmacist, combines a wealth of experience in retail, long-term care, and independent pharmacy ownership. Graduating with honors from the Long Island University, he began his journey in a bustling retail setting, excelling in customer service and prescription dispensing. Eager for a broader impact, Hardik transitioned to long-term care, where he fine-tuned medication management skills. 

Recognizing the need for personalized care, he ventured into independent pharmacy ownership, fostering a community-centric approach to healthcare. Hardik’s career reflects a commitment to excellence, compassionate service, and an entrepreneurial spirit, which he now brings to Happier At Home, a leader in non-medical home care.

Business Operations Manager

Christopher Connors is a registered pharmacy technician and experienced operations professional in business management. Throughout his career, he’s honed his skills in optimizing operations and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. 

His deep knowledge regarding medications and insurance issues, coupled with his communication acumen, ideally suit Chris in his role of Business Operations Manager at Happier at Home. He embraces the opportunity to continue to contribute to the success and growth of the organization, as well as the surrounding community.
